Repeat Prescriptions

April 2020 - WE ARE ASKING YOU TO NOMINATE A LOCAL PHARMACY - YOU CANNOT COLLECT FROM SURGERY

Repeat prescriptions can be ordered in a number of different ways. They can be made in writing or in person, (you must include your name and date of birth on your request slip), or by registering with your pharmacy. You can also order through "Online Services" which you can register for at the surgery.

The practice does not takes prescription requests over the telephone.

If you want your prescription to be sent to your local pharmacy, you must inform the Surgery.  They will then add your chosen pharmacy onto your prescription requests.  All future prescriptions will be sent to this Pharmacy

Medication Reviews

Your doctor will review your medication on a regular basis and you may be asked to make an appointment for a review from time to time. Please check the right hand side of your prescriptions when picking them up as your doctor may have left a message for you, regarding your medication and/or any tests or checks due.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
