Dear Patient

 We are please to confirm that Leith Walk Surgery will be moving to 2 Duke Street, Edinburgh, EH6 8HQ on the 17th July 2017. In the meantime, please continue to use Leith Walk Surgery in its current location as normal

About the New Surgery

The surgery is purpose designed within a landmark building on a single site.

 Where is it located?

It is the building on the corner of Leith Walk and Duke Street. The surgery will go by the name of Leith Surgery from this point on.

 More accessible

The new premises will provide easier access to all, in particular to our wheelchair and pram users, and those with disabilities.

You do not need to do anything to have your care transferred with Leith Walk Surgery when it moves to the new premises

We are delighted to announce the Practice will be moving to new premises at the end of June 2017

Review of the new guidance of Fire Arm applications.  Our team members are conscientious objectors to gun ownership.  If you hold a firearms licence or think you may apply for one in the future, we suggest you consider registering at a different medical practice. We charge £200 to complete a Fire Arms application
